This is a free, professional invoice and quote generator that works entirely in your browser. No registration required, no data stored on our servers - everything is saved locally on your device for maximum privacy and security. There is a reset button for each section, however, by clearing the cache you reset the page and thus your logo, company details and client list will disappear. How to use:
- Select your language and currency from the header
- Choose between Invoice or Quote
- Fill in your company details (saved automatically)
- Add client information or manage existing clients
- Add items/services with descriptions, quantities, and prices
- Set VAT/tax rates, discounts, and retention if needed
- Add payment details and terms & conditions
- Download as PDF - ready to send!
Privacy & Security:
Your data never leaves your device. All information is stored locally in your browser's storage, ensuring complete privacy and security. No accounts, no tracking, no data collection.
📤 Data Export/Import:
Use the "Export Data" button in the header to download all your information as a backup file. You can then "Import Data" to restore it later or transfer to another device. This ensures your data is never lost even if browser storage is cleared.
💾 Auto-Save Features:
Your data is automatically saved as you type. The save indicator shows when your last save occurred. If localStorage fails, backup copies are maintained for recovery.
⚠️ Storage Troubleshooting:
If your data disappears after shutting down, you might be in private/incognito mode, or have browser settings that clear storage. Check the console for storage diagnostics or export your data regularly as backup.
